Oil treating equipment

Compact units for oil separation

During well-drilling, complete well overhaul, clean-up and oil production, extracted products cab contain oil and water. The extracted components can be pure and emulsified, and can be of different state in a product, thus complicating further oil refining. To solve this problem, AMIGO suggests applying constant multi-phase liquid separation into two different flows by centrifugal efforts. The separation is made by the special centrifuge.

Oil and Gas Metering System

Computerized metering complex solves problems connected with quality control and registration of natural gas quantity at all stages of its transportation and use. Application during building of precision gage complex and provision of optimal conditions of their functioning allows minimizing inaccuracies of definitions of controllable gas flow characteristics. The metering complex is supplied as separate block-boxes fully complete with all necessary equipment, assembled and set at the manufacturer’s production plant.

Turbine Expanders

Hydraulic Brake Expander

Hydraulic Brake Expander is used where small cooling capacity (up to 100 kWt) is required and expander power conversion into electric power or gas compression is not economically feasible.

Compressor Expander

Compressor Expander has much more extensive application. Gas is compressed in a centrifugal compressor after heavy hydrocarbons separation in a steam-and-water separating drum. The unit has a common shaft with one of expander wheels and one compressor wheel which are shaft opposite. This turbine expander type is used in process cycles for decrease in gas temperature (refrigeration) and for process gas pressure increase due to compressor stage operation.

Generator Expander

Generator Expander is used for energy generation (with refrigeration) in process units and at gas distributing stations during compressed gas energy regeneration (utilization).

Associated gas generators

Associated gas is the natural gas coming from oil wells. This gas is either separated from oil or dissolved in raw oil. However, when this gas is separated from crude oil, it is mixed with hydrocarbon elements such as butane, ethane, propane and pentane not to mention that raw natural gas already contains water vapor, hydrogen supplied (H2S), carbon dioxide (CO2), nitrogen (N2) and other compounds. The impurities present in associated gas need to be treated or else they will hamper the gas transportation and cause repercussions. This is why oil producers

Chemical Reactors

The reactors, in which chemicals are made in industry, vary in size from a few cm3 to the vast structures that are often depicted in photographs of industrial plants. For example, kilns that produce lime from limestone may be over 25 metres high and hold, at any one time, well over 400 tones of materials.

The design of the reactor is determined by many factors but of particular importance are the thermodynamics and kinetics of the chemical reactions being carried out.

Thin Film Evaporator TFE

Thin Film Evaporation refers here to the thermal separation of products in a mechanically generated, thin and highly turbulent liquid film.

A feed distributor at entry point distributes the liquid in a thin film on the heated wall. The high speed rotor further spreads and intensely agitates the film as it flows down. The generated vapors flow counter currently and get cleaned by an integrally mounted entrainment separator.

The processing is completed in a few seconds.

We hold the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) U, U2, U3, PP, & S stamps. Therefore, if you desire your vacuum chamber to also be pressure rated we can certainly provide that.
